Turbo Tax is awesome

I love TurboTax. i have been using them since I was 17 years old, when I got my first job. They make it easy to file your taxes with step-by-step instructions and if you need help you can reach out and ask for help! I recommend TurboTax to anyone who ask for help when it comes to filing their taxes.

Relatively easy, costs too much

It's a user friendly interface but the cost is often higher than my return. Especially when I have one single form of interest income that forces me to have to pay for the service because it doesn't qualify me for the "simple" free return.
