I wish there was a free option to talk with an agent. Overall, TurboTax is very easy to use and navigate!

The software is great for catching things you didn't think about and for years that are out of the ordinary (like me retiring part way through the year). Just wish it was better about explaining when things don't count. For example, I put in my long-term care premiums but they didn't seem to make a difference anywhere and I'm not sure why.
