Not free, user friendly

Easy. User friendly. Helps find deductions. $40 processing fee to do it online, I think is a bit high. Totally $79. When we do all the work. A tax preparer usually charges about $100. So, I'm not sure where the FREE FILING is, but it's never free, Eben though my email states "welcome back file for free"
