This year sucked. I had several problems this year that had poor explanations or weren't really anything I had control of. Then, turbo tax deemed it I should file and not mail file which, mail file is what I was going to do. Mary was my tax helper when I finally got ahold of a person, she helped me through this ordeal. Kudos to Mary!

love Turbo Tax —guides me through in no time flat, imports data just by inputting my employer's tax ID number, literally takes less time than going to a brick and mortar to drop off all your tax documents.
