Turbo Tax is a hot mess this year.

This year your service is a jumbled hot mess. Hard to undertand. I repeatedly had to redo stuff because your directions were unclear. Very dissasisfied with turbo tax this year. Could not even enter my drivers license at the end because my DL has a dash and you don't want a dash. Took me 25 minutes just to efile

They make it super easy to file my taxes and fix any mistakes. I only wished they would let you sort by people on the side to make corrections to your w2s
