When I initially contacted Turbo Tax with an issue, the person helping me was extremely friendly and helpful, she did everything she could to assist me, before referring me to an expert advisor.
The expert advisor, initially very condescending, and belittling, and he graduated to insulting, requiring me to put him in his place, after which, his tone changed, and he became much more helpful.

Turbo Tax is awesome!!!

TurboTax is very easy to use, sequences are straight forward, and the program appears to be very thorough. I type in my information myself, and the steps are very easy to follow!
