use only if you have a simple return

I have a 1099 MISC that is not from any of the options available in this app. because of that it would only let me list it as self employment adding over $600 to my taxes due.

Solid Choice for Simple Filing

For myself, this is a straightforward approach as my taxes are not too complex. It's basic and gets it handled at a reasonable price (depending how much you're getting back I suppose). Being single with a grown child now, well it takes away a bit of the complexity. If you have a large family or have a lot going on in life it may be best to file with a trusted person.
