Confusing questions but excellent assistance given

I found some of the questions I needed to answer regarding living in one state but working in another very confusing and not easy to answer. I was very frustrated with the call system when first calling the help number, it would be much easier if I would have been able to speak to a representative in a timelier manner, the computer voice would not have been able to help me. However, once I spoke with the representative I was very impressed with her professionalism, patience and ability to help me.
