TurboTax is convenient and easy. I have used others before for the ease of use and the flow. I would say that this year when I had a question, the help seemed more fluid and intuitive than it had in the past. Been using them for years.

The format this year was hard to follow. Lots of pages moved around (page loading issues) after completing a section and I was often lost.
