Some good; some not so good.

Q&A process is much worse than years prior. Program seems disjointed. Inputting Form 1095B data for a partial year was EXTREMELY confusing because your program kept listing error messages. $49 is too expensive when I could have done it for FREE from one of the Tax Alliance companies, which I may do next year. Too many "FEE" options during the checkout process.

Overall the system is extremely easy to navigate. I do not like that it continues to try and up-sell. Otherwise very nice system, will continue to use to file taxes.

You advertise it as free for simple returns. Used the standard deduction but you still charged me for Deluxe with no free state like in past years. Borderline false advertising
