somewhat easy

very easy but would rather talk to live agent without extra cost. My first time using and had to do a state return along with federal and over payment needed to be explained better. NO explanation as to what it meant.

I've been using TurboTax for nearly 20 years and wouldn't trust another service. Granted, my taxes are fairly simple, but I appreciate being guided through all of the potential tax breaks.
