mandatory premium fees??

I don't mind the return fee, but being made to purchase an extra $44 in premium fees with no way to take it off was not cool. If that can be refunded I'd like to know and my review would change quite a bit.

So-so experience

Had a problem due to Turbo Tax thinking I had an HSA, which I don't, and it took me forever to figure out how to delete the form. However, it doesn't mess up my return when the IRS reviews it... Turbo Tax just gave the option to pay for help. Not helpful at all and annoying...I had a very simple tax return that ended up taking way longer to do.

Getting easier every time. They carry forward your data from previous years and only make you update when things have changed.
