Always an issue with Turbo Tax

Every year there's always an issue with turbo tax. Last year they wouldn't accept my billing address for my credit card so I had to spend an extra 3 hours on the phone with an agent for it to work. Now this year Turbo tax has no record of my 2023 tax return even though I filed with them, so I couldn't locate my AGI number to e-file for 2024. If I didnt already pay for turbo tax this year, I would be using H&R Block.

It is pretty good all in all. Takes way more time than estimated and I feel like I was overcharged.

Turbo tax was fairly easy for my first time. Had a little trouble finding where to actually enter our mortgage interest. Other than that, it went well.
