turbotax gives you options and makes it seem like you qualify for the free tax return, when in reality you have to pay for them. I have never received the free version and then while filing, you are forced to "upgrade" there is no option to bypass the upgrades, which isn't fair. If i do not want the extra services, why force someone to pay for them?
