TurboTax is legit!

I have always had a great experience using TurboTax. Last year I attempted to use a local CPA and had a bad experience and here I am back again ! I can't find any better and I really appreciate the format of TurboTax. The experts being available is also a plus.

TurboTax is as bad as H&R Block

You say over and over in your ads how it is so easy and FREE to file your taxes with TurboTax but I just spent $128 to file with you guys after fees and all the stuff you tack on. I will not continue to use this service after this year. My original refund said $523, and dropped to $255 after I selected to use this service. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
