Great product

Our taxes are fairly simple and turbo tax makes it fast and easy to complete the process. Ask lots of questions and allows me to skip through if necessary.

Just one complication that I didn't feel gave me enough information to complete filing. It took a few attempts to figure out what was needed.

I've used Turbotax for many years now, but I think I'll try a different product next year. Turbotax is supposed to make filing my taxes as easy as possible, but I think you purposely make it a little bit difficult to persuade me to pay for live assistance.
