Terrible service. Why 118.00?? I wanted Free Fed and pay state tax filings. You added fees. never use you ripoffs again

I am impressed with this company. Great program, great customer service. I had three issues/problems that were quickly resolved by two phone calls. The agents responded quickly, stayed on the phone a very long time to make sure I was comfortable with the solution, and treated me like I was family. Very impressive.
