Turbo Tax upgrade not selected

It upgraded me to the Max product but I did not selected and could not downgrade. Got charged for it without being able to cancel the order. I have used the basic service for years since the income tax is pretty basic with standard deduction. I still like the process as I have used it for many years but was not happy with the upgrade. Called customer service already since the charges are pending on my form of payment.
