Insufficient Software that should cease to exist.

I would Never recommend anyone use turbo tax again. Despite me uploading all the correct information, it still rejects my taxes to the IRS and states I need to mail it manually (this happened to me last year in 2024, when filing for 2023). I hate this insufficient software website. Why are you having issues submitting my taxes claiming my AGI number is not correct when I have already verified on the IRS website its the correct number. Then after charging me you want me to mail it in manually despite everything being exactly the same and correct?
