During my time been with turbo tax has come to a point where I noticed that turbo tax is charging way too much for their services and specially when they don't help out senior citizens. Turbo tax prices is overrated because it has one package that offer very limited forms compare to the other services. Turbo Tax need to only keep it the way they had it a few years of a go where it was only two packages only one has live agent.

They made it nearly impossible to get through the whole process only paying 39$ rediculous only use because of convenience ended up paying 143 instead of 39$ when I kept telling them no for additional services I didn't need
