Sensible practical way to do your taxes

Program seems to get better every year. I have used this for years and I have confidence in it. It seems more streamlined this year. So I look forward to getting this done and I have confidence in the Turbotax Intuit program.

Supposed to be free. Hidden fees are sick. Takes you a long time to file, makes you think its all worth it, but its not. Its all useless.

I do the work using your program. I don't think it's right for you to charge double and tripple fees for people to process their taxes. Expecially since it is near impossible for anyone to get paper tax forms any more to file completely by themselves.

TurboTax is decent.

The questions were fairly straightforward. The estimation of time taken was way off, however. It suggested it would take only 1 hour. However, as I like to double-check personal information, it took me 5 times as long. That is more my issue, than TurboTax though. Be sure to read carefully before you sign any filing documents in the end. Most of them are not necessary.
