turbotax is a good service but i cannot give 5 stars for the fact that I HATE DOING TAXES AND I HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH MY IP PIN NUMBER!! it was a nightmare!! i got locked out 2 times, it probably was my fault but the fact is, i hate doing taxes because every year i get terrible anxiety between January up until i do them :(
