I've been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now. They have fixed one of my biggest frustrations. It used to be so difficult to find where to apply estimated taxes paid to the state. Now it is very clear...great improvement! Although it said I could qualify for a waiver of my $122 tax underpayment fee due to being in a disaster area, the site kept referring me back to the same two places, neither of which was helpful. Took me 1 hour 15 minutes which I thought was very reasonable.

Yes, they got me a refund but by the time I was done, they too about $200 of my refund. So much for "free"

We like being able to have access to our taxes from previous years and being able to have information transferred to the new year so filing taxes are more simple.

Turbo Tax has always been the best income tax software I've ever used. It actually makes doing income taxes kind of fun! The best part is that there are experts to help if you're ever stuck.
