Misleading advertising

Every year you see advertisements about filing with TurboTax for free and every year it happens to find something on your return that makes it not a simple return and turns it into an $80 service fee so.... Yeah the fact that you can take that out of my refund is nice that I don't have to go ahead and pay for the services out of my bank account but the $79 that I am paying to have the service done is definitely more than free.
