One star because I can't give zero. Free submission is not free. Terrible website and flow. ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS. KEPT TRYING TO ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES/FEES.

It says it’s free but they still charge at the end of the filling is when they tell you how it’s not free

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. Probably a little over 7 years now and the one thing I live for is the overviewing of my taxes. It ensures that every T is Crossed and every i is dotted. My only issue is that They don't offer free filing every now and then for their customer who continue to file with them each year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax Giveth and they Taketh

Since a lot of Americans have retirement plans they use through their employer, I think it's pretty shady that now Turbo Tax charges people with those type of accounts. So, I got a refund of $80 in Federal but because I had to upgrade to deluxe to report my taxes accurately, I paid that $80 right back to Turbo Tax. Thanks for getting yourself a tax break.
