Easy filing.

On line Turbo Tax is no longer a great choice

I have been a turbo tax member for many years. I hate the change to an on line format instead of a disc. I had problems logging in and I just do not like the new format. It did not integrate previous years data, forcing me to re-enter everything. The fees you are charging now are outrageous. I am not longer a Turbo Tax user. I will use a different service in the future. Basically, I hate this change. Get rid of the AI and go back to customer service.

Every year it tells me it will take 1 hour to d my taxes and every year it takes 10. I have to use Chat GPT to understand everything this year because the ai on this site sucks Also foud a bug that I had to fix on my own.

Turbo tax lies

Taxes came back with an issue as there was an issue with insurance form. Nota big deal besides my filing went from free to costing me over $200 and I had to make the fixes myself. Not a good program. Won’t be using again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
