TurboTax is a waste of time and money.

You made me pay for something that should be free. Also, the only field wrong on my 1099-INT form was the state but you would not let me update the state field. Instead, I was only allowed to update the zip code. I had to then delete and manually upload the form.
You also kept trying to get me to pay for a premium service that I do not need.
Additionally, you said I was done in "55 minutes" but it then took me another 30 minutes to finish filing. This is because you lied about having corrected all the errors (see first issue).
This is a stupid waste of time. Your service sucks and should not exist.
