Turbo Tax is Terrific!

I've used Turbo Tax to file my taxes for several years now. I love how consistent they are with their services and how many helpful tools they employ to make sure that customers are as informed as possible and can understand the tax-jargon in simpler terms.

Good, but a few problems

Good over-all. Problems:
#1. Schedule C expense section DOES NOT WORK! I had to enter my net income as my total income, with 0 expenses -- the interface does not allow for expenses that don't fit within its narrow understanding of what expenses can be. FIX THIS!
#2. It's often very non-obvious how to go-back and add things (e.g. my wife's W-2). The interface skips ahead far too often, and I have to keep coaxing it back.

says free yet there is fees to filling and if you dont pay right away there is a extra charge for them to take the money out of the return very misleading information as well
