Turbo Tax Sucks

Logs you out and then changes your refund amount when you log back in and you have to go re-enter all your information

My taxes have always been easy to file with Turbo Tax. This year I had to file with two states and I was a little confused. I requested a call and immediately got Reginald on the line. He was very patient as we screen shared, my laptop is very slow. He easily guided me through the change of residency and stayed on to make sure it was accurate for both Federal and State. What a gem!

They was good with me they engage it with everything they help me through the whole process I had no problems and when I did have any problems on the situation when I was signing anything they can write on and help me if I needed any help but other than that everything was awesome I gladly appreciate TurboTax from year 2 year those those guys at TurboTax are awesome
