Upgrade sales pitch interruptions are annoying

The silly animations and interruptions to try & sell upgrades is annoying. If I wanted the upgrade packages I would have chosen them at the beginning.

Not a good experience for CY 2024

long time user with a bad experience this year. federal form asking if my kids social security cards were labelled 'not valid for employment' with no explanation and only a single confirmatory checkmark as though i was an alien and my kids were subject to deportation. RI state form was opaque, not sure why tax bill went from +$88 to neg $863 when state income was lower. Mass return allowed for 'gambling loss' but would not route to 'schedule X' though turbo tax kept saying schedule x was necessary, if its necessary to complete the return then TT should make it available. What the heck happened to you guys? State returns were a circus of redoing the same thing over and over.
