Turbotax is scamming now?

$79 is supposed to be deducted from my taxes but you added an extra $40 because I decided not to choose the option of using Klarna and not getting my taxes 5 days earlier and to put it in my account. Ridiculous! Now I understand why people are saying this company is SCAMMING. Shame on all of you!
