Turbo tax used to be great

One I should had to pay for 2 states filing jointly and two 40 to use your federal funds to pay for something that is free with most other programs

I've been using TurboTax for a long time. For the most part, it is quite easy to use but it seems like every year, there's a question or statement that just doesn't make sense and I spend extra time looking into solving the answer. Even the hyperlink designed to explain the subject, leaves me even more confused.
