Not worth it

I will not be using this again. Charging extra because you added a retirement credit? That's ridiculous. Extra charges should be for extra W2. Also I chose use my federal return to pay and would stay only go to add my credit card info. If I would of remembered I used cash app last time I would of used it again. They don't charge you for filing state either.

File import feature needs improvements & edibility

The autofill feature causes more problems than it solves, especially when you're constantly having to refill the info anyway. The feature also incorrectly noted my city and state from one of my dividends forms and did not allow me to edit it, essentially blocking me from completing my filing because it recognized an error with the zip code. This meant I had to go back and file the form out manually anyway, so the import feature was a total waste of time and a frustration
