Everyone should do their taxes with Turbo Tax

Choosing to do my taxes with Turbo Tax was one of the best decisions I could make. The process was easy and straightforward. If I had any questions the AI chat box was able to answer them and keep me on track. The wording is not overcomplicated, and the little information boxes provide even more details.

I have used turbo tax for years and I have noticed more and more how you push for the more expensive versions, as well as more little fees that get shown at the end. I get it, they have more help options, this is a business, but they are reaching the costs of people who do this for a living and you still have to put in alot of info yourself. People use turbo tax because it was a cheaper option and supposed to be less of a hassle. Not to mention it would not file my state tax this go around because the dollar amounts were the same, but change amount was different, and I'm being charged for the filing anyways. It is nice that you can talk to someone for help with the mid grade option, but i feel like it wouldn't have helped me with this problem.
