Very easy to use, deduction suggestions are good too. The fee to have it come out of my return is a bit much.

I am very disappointed!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I am very disappointed this year. The retirement tax credit required to purchase deluxe and paying with my refund caused you to take more money than what the credit was. It would not let me continue without the credit. That is not right!

This is my first time doing with turbo tax, and it is by far more difficult and more expensive then taking it to CPA but i did not had to drive there

Turbo tax was a pain

I'm 82 and have always did my own taxes. I've always used turbotax. This time I was very fustrated that I almost feel like you want me to use your on call advisors, for a fee of course. The corrections I MADE finally worked with no real help. So I definitely will be looking for other programs next year. Don't be so money hungry!
