I find Turbo Tax relatively easy to use. I like the auto info fill-ins when available and the side bar info given.

Hidden fees

The hidden processing fee was not included on the advertisement. I would not recommend Turbo Tax to anyone before reviewing all the hidden fees.

Ease of Use TurboTax

I do enjoy the ease that TurboTax gives me. I wish they would have kept the feature on the page that shows you where you are at on the amount of your return or what you will owe as you go along and input information. The program does make it easy to file. I like the early bird amount to pay too!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Pretty simple to use until you get to the end and it asks if you want to purchase the additional services. Unfortunately the disclaimers are not shown until after you have paid and can't change your mind. Shame on you Turbo Tax for doing that! I paid for a service that I don't agree with their policy and how they can use my information 3rd party. I'm out the money and feel scammed!

Turbo Tax Keeps Me Breathing

I am going to be honest—doing taxes still makes my heart race. I do not want to make any mistakes and I feel like the IRS is going to come jump me the second I leave my house if I do so….
Filing with TurboTax lets me breathe a little easier and question and panic a little less. I am taken through the steps with explanations available.
