will not let me use free file & tells me i need a form 5329. i do not have any situations that require this form but because turbo tax says i do i have to have deluxe. this is a scam & very dissatisfied. should not have to pay $88 for a form that i do not need.

Don't bother filing with TurboTax if you have any sort of retirement plan. They force you to upgrade to their deluxe services, which for me cost $78. Ridiculous.
