Great Tool for Taxes!

Easy to use, prompts are very helpful. Was able to complete in about an hour and getting refund fast!

I file with you guys every year and I am always charge to do my tax through you. This will most likely be the last time I will do them. I have tried to ask why I'm being charged $80 when it is supposed to be free. I am doing my taxes not you. It is a simple 1040 nothing hard are special. You have even tried to charge me the $80 when I was getting less then $50 back.

Today was a great experience as always. This is year 3 for us to use Turbo Tax. It's very informative and allows me to verify that I have done my taxes perfectly since I complete them in hard copy before I go online.
