Deceptive Product

Highly disappointed. I opted to pay to file my return with my refund and every time I chose the option, I was prompted to enter a credit card number. Highly misleading. When I asked for help via turbotax, the "advice" said I only had to give the credit card number if my return did not cover the cost to file. Another lie. I was misled and charged. Deceptive product.

Glad to be back!

After using an in-person service last year to file my taxes, I am thankful to be back to TurboTax this year and the price to file Federal and State taxes was much cheaper than in year's past.

Turbotax is cheaper

Way easier than Jackson Hewitt. though Jackson hewitt is faster, it was a hundred dollars cheaper.
