I had a lot of difficulty using Turbotax this year, and I had to repeatedly consult Chat GPT to explain things to me. A couple of the items that were unclear: 1098-T and 529 plans - I have a feeling that I did not even need to enter this info, and it took well over an hour. Also, my son got grant money sent to him from the university to present his research project in Italy, and I am still unsure if I documented all of that correctly, but Turbotax did not seem to have a category or explanation for that. Finally, Turbotax did not prompt me to enter the Solar installation credit, and I had to consult chat GPT and search 3 different search terms before it finally came up on Turbotax. This would have been a huge loss of tax credits if I were unaware that this needed to be done.

Very to easy to use. It is very helpful to have the previous year's info imported for you to save time in entering the same info again.

Getting worse every year

Too much pushing the more expensive plans. When i am prompted about a section needing review it doesn't take me directly there and I spend hours reviewing everything till I can find it. Its like I am being punished for not upgrading my plan.
