WASTED LOTS OF TIME

THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO WERE NICE AND AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE. THE TURBOTAX IS NEVER FREE SO ITS MISLEADING. THE CHAT WINDOW WENT AWAY AND EVERY TIME I RESTART MY TAXES I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER. THE SYSTEM CANNOT DETECT AND SCAN THE DOCUMENTS I UPLOADED AHEAD OF TIM E

Turbo Tax is fantastic

I've been using them for many years. As an 82 year old, it's great to have a program that is so easy to use. The peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that my return will be 100% accurate cannot be overstated. Great product!!

Why I continue to use Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it has never let me down. It is easy to navigate and has helpful understandable guidance. The click and go features make navigation simple. The return is checked and double checked for accuracy prior to filing, which reduces any chance of issues with the IRS. I especially like the compatibility with W2 and other income and expense reports. The convenience of the ability to access my account from any device is huge bonus. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and highly recommend it to everyone.
