All the adds said $0 for Federal, $0 for State and $0 to file. However, I only had one W-2 form and you charged me $39 for Federal and State to file. Talk about false advertising.

Steps of filing are easy but the bad thing is it charges you at the end, whereas at the begining it says it is free. That's cheating.

Your service is a scam, you charge a forced fee and then another hidden fee. Refund should have been $107, ended up getting $28. Yall suck.
