I've been happily and easily using Turbo Tax for years. Having gone to professionals before, I don't believe they offer any more than what Turbo Tax does. It takes me a little longer but it's convenient and more affordable.

Use TurboTax every year for the last 10 years this year it didn’t recognize my 9yr child as that just a $500 dependent so I have to amend and re type his info in to get the $2000 dependent other than that it’s been a great experience
