Not user friendly anymore

It took me hours to file. I had to sign back in over and over again. It was supposed to be free if I filed through the app before 2/28. Today is the 23rd! It would not let me complete my state with the app. I was constantly redirected to the website where I had to pay $39! Then my federal return was continuously rejected for my husband's AGI which I verified with the IRS transcript.
