Frustrated with AI

This year I was unable to e-file my state return because of an error in miss-matched SSN. I reviewed everything and the numbers and information matched with our documents, last year's return, and with the numbers listed on the screen. The AI assistant was unhelpful and it honestly felt like a scam to get me to pay the $89 to talk to a person. I've used turbo tax for over 10 years, and while this was the first problem I've had, It was enough for me to think about switching products.
