Turbo Tax Is no Longer any good

I have been using turbo tax for years But this time it was so difficult and it took hrs! It also said it was FREE then it charged me in the end! Nowhere did it say depending on what you use it will cost you! And i had no idea of the cost until i got to the very end!! I will never use this service again and neither will my children!!
