Help With Errors!!!

The frustration I have with this is when you get to the end and they review and look for errors. Any errors they catch the software provides zero explanation or assistance. For example: I amended my return. The question the return got hung up on was when was the amended return accepted. I literally am trying to submit it, so why I got that error, I have no idea. Completely unhelpful. I also was unable to print my return. I waiting beyond fifteen minutes and the screen just sat there.

Product failed to include the address I'm supposed to actually send my tax documents to, and with the current state of the US federal government, I may not be able to get that information from the IRS.
