Consistently valuable

Just used the base product. Experience is consistent with the past years: filling in the data is relatively quick, but then I spend a lot of the time double checking the final tax documents for errors. I do this by comparing them to the ones from prior years. And I always find mistakes. The one that I make year after year is related to "backdoor" roth IRA conversions showing up as taxable income on my MA state return. I always have to reverse engineer why the software files it that way and fix it on the Keogh/IRA" MA page (I find the instruction there very unclear).
Besides this specific issue, I think that one idea worth exploring to improve UX is to somehow incorporate this kind of comparison with prior years into the workflow.
