My experience with Turbo Tax has always been good. I have nothing negative to say about the way that they help me complete my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now, and I like that I can get my taxes done without all the hassle of having to leave my home to go to a tax preparer, and have to run back and forth because I don't have all of the documents needed to file my taxes. Thank you Turbo Tax.

The process was mostly acceptable, for taxes that is. We tried to verify what was input for taxes paid and had a terrible time looking. It needs to be more readily available by giving it a title more clear to the purpose.
It also took about 2 hours to complete, not the 33 minutes 1st noted.
