Good but Can be Better

It was a good experience. Simple to follow and questions are easy enough to answer. I just wish I had a little extra encouragement along the way from the program. To constantly have the upgrade to max pro pop ups makes me think that I've done something wrong. And to keep having me double check my personal demographics makes me think I've done something wrong. In doing my own taxes, I'd personally like to see more encouraging pop ups from your program.

TurboTax Processing Fee

I tried to change how I paid for TurboTax services, but it wouldn't let me. I wanted to pay now to avoid the $40 processing fee, but was unable to change it. Would have liked to change this.
